Prices for our writing service are on a quotation basis. After we review the information that you send us, we will notify you by email of our fee to do your job. We commence work only after you accept that quotation.

We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. Before we will begin work, you must pre-authorize the amount on your credit card, by using our convenient and secure online form. (Instructions on how to do this will be emailed to you with your price quotation.) This step assures us that your credit card is valid and that funds are available to pay us for the work.

The funds will be fully debited from your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express account after we have sent the finished document to you by email.

Please note the following:

• Price quotations are usually in Canadian Dollars.
• The minimum charge for our writing service is $20.00 Canadian.
• Sales within Canada will be charged GST (Goods and Services Tax). Sales within the province of British Columbia will be charged PST (Provincial Sales Tax).

Every writing project is unique; the work we will have to do and the fee we charge can vary considerably. In fact, documents that are very similar may require different work, sometimes due to the quality and amount of information that we are provided with.

To calculate our quotation we examine:

• The relative importance of the document: (How much effort does it warrant?)
• The background and content of the document: (How complex is the message?)
• The reader: (What is understood about the reader's motivation and biases?)
• The writer: (What is your role in the communication?)
• The unique qualities of the communication: (Is there a need for a creative solution?)
