We enjoyed having Jack Dibbs and Trena Kowanya at the training course last week and we hope they enjoyed their stay in Calgary. They told us that your technicians are finding it difficult to operate the Seris System.

As you know, AMRIL Oil and Gas is an original partner in the Seris software development project. Your company uses the beta version that we pre-released to a few of the partners so that we could gather feedback to help us improve the software. Unfortunately, the beta version users have discovered a number of minor problems in the software so the technical writers have been unable to complete the manual.

We had a meeting yesterday to discuss the delay and everyone made a commitment to complete the beta version bugs within 2 weeks. Because our technical writers were at the meeting too, they understood the urgency and agreed to have the manuals fully completed 2 weeks later. So we regret that unfortunately we cannot deliver the manuals you need for another 4 weeks, due to circumstances beyond our control.
