Re. User Manuals for Seris Geophysical Workstation

We understand that your technicians are having difficulty operating the Seris System.

Reports from your company and other beta version testers have revealed a number of minor problems in the software so the technical writers have been unable to complete the manual.

We held a meeting yesterday to discuss the matter. Our technical manager is confident that we can complete the beta version bugs within 2 weeks. Our technical writers also understood the urgency and agree to have the manuals completed 2 weeks later. So, unfortunately, we cannot deliver the manuals for another 4 weeks.
